As a fellow wedding photographer, you need a point of contact to give your pose a reason. Here, a good one would be arm around the back or holding her hand to make sure she doesn’t fall. The biggest posing mistake I’ve seen is this right here. Someone just standing close to somebody without any point of contact is gonna cost you.
It would have been much better if he had been holding her waist and whispering in her ear while smiling or something, this seems like they're not even in love
It looks like she's a model and he's her underpaid assistant bringing her coffee while praying she won't throw it on his face because it doesn't have as much foam as she likes
