Love this video, it's very useful to see how you do what you do! thanks!! Maybe one on what you pack for a trip like this? Did you just do the full day with a 24-70 and not take other lenses at all, for example?
I live in Geneva, and it was fab to see what you make of my city, which i photograph regularly. You hit the heat wave. The photos you took are great and i hope you return😊😊😊
Roman – I learned a lot watching you and purchased a user guide. Question – what camera are you using to capture the video? I saw your DJI microphone. Thanks!
Your way of seeing and working a scene is absolutely inspiring as always! Also, not clearly identifying the "anchor" in your image is also one of the reasons why you sometimes see an image, take it, and then later realise that it doesn't quite work, or something isn't quite right. Stopping for a second to actually question what compelled you to take the image can be game changing.
Very entertaining and informative. You started with theory and then showed us in practice, all in a casual keeping-it-real way. Makes one wants to go out and shoot. Great format! I wish you had gone out in the rain, the light looked very pleasing in the outro. Subscribed!
Thanks for the video Roman, insightful as always. The anchor framework makes a lot of sense when it comes to taking better photos. However, how do you decide whether to leave a photo in colour or edit it as a black and white photo?
Great video, well explained. Do you use any platforms to license any of your photos? If yes, could you do a video explaining what kind of images are you shooting for them…?
Very helpful teaching video! Your distilled "anchor and build" process makes sense when trying to juggle and combine so many elements. I'd like to see more like this.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, thank you so much. This was infortainment at its best
You’re the best, Roman! No one else makes such insightful content on composition like you do. Thank so much for this gem
I learned so much from this video & these tips about finding your anchors are very applicable. Thanks a ton for creating this!

For a amateur like me trying to make better compositions, this was a very good video and I learned much! Thank you for making it 😊
This was extremely helpful. It really helps think about what we are looking at and what we want to get out of a shot, and not just shoot randomly.
I definitely like this format – it's very inspiring and educating. I love seeing your creative process. Please do more like this, Roman!
Thank you Roman for an excellent vid. I think it's one of my favourites of yours, definitely right up there. 10/10.
