If you really want incredible views, you should take a trip to Lofoten and Northern Norway. It has the landscapes and an incredible light, especially through the spring and autumn when the midnight sun isn't around. Midnight sun is fine but the colors are just fantastic when the sun rises or sets. Love your exitement ❤ ps! Norwegian but not born or bred in Lofoten!
Our family would go to Åndalsnes in the summers and just bask in the views and surrounding areas. Even as a Norwegian I am always in awe of the beautiful landscapes, I am grateful to call it home and love it when other people get to experience it as well. Beautiful pictures.
I was also on Norway nearly the same days you uploaded this video. I gotta say, went crazy taking photos cause everything was freaking beautiful. So I understand you perfectly. Still looking to makee my way to be a paid photographer and I love your videos.
PD: It would be incredible to see you do some dodge and burn in some landscape photos, and maybe the color grading, because sometimes I over saturate my photos with maybe to many colors.

When you reach the top of a mountain, I know it’s tempting, but please don’t take stones from the landscape to build a cairn. It ruins the scenery, and with so many tourists visiting, it really harms the environment. There are even people whose sole purpose on their mountain trips is to tear down these illegal cairns. Leave it just as you found it. Thank you.
As a Norwegian, I love watching videoes of people reacting or exploring Norway, it's always so much fun to see what they have to say and how they compare it to their own origin. Strangely enough it makes me more proud of being Norwegian. 😀 Hope your trip was everything you hoped for and more.
I have done handheld panos for years now, most of the time from a boat. Using a tripod on a boat is a recipe for a disaster. It is a must to use the level guides in the camera display though. Holding the camera in your hands dampens a lot of the boats subtle movements, and allows you to gauge the most opportune time in the boats movements. Typically I embed my my left elbow in the front of my chest use the left hand to hold lens, much like shooting a rifle breath in then out and click. Turn the body as a unit for the next photo in the sequence.

Please don't stray from paths in poor weather, or far from paths even in good weather without a map and experience in the mountains and with orienteering. I loved the video, I just feel an obligation to spread awareness as a life long hiker (who's also had to dig himself down once) and an outdoor education (amongst other things), all 5 "levels" of guide (from summer woods to winter glacier). If I were to single out one threat it would be weather, and how fast it can shift is often underestimated by tourists (and a seldom time even natives).

I think you'd fit in well, both for yourself and as seen by others, I think you should do this again but perhaps another vacation elsewhere and not by ferry this time (they're the worst polluters, planes are better, per passenger per distance), and with friends.
I am just about to go to that exact place and more around that area. My friend and I are going to do a 4 day photography trip. You don’t realise how many spots are just outside that city. I am so lucky that I now live in Norway to have this type of experience only a few hours from my home. Great vid!
