This is how you get ctrl + alt + shift +t to work

• Duplicate the desired smart object layer.
• Rasterize the duplicated smart object layer.
• Press Cmd/Ctrl + T and apply your desired transformation.
• Press Enter to confirm the transformation.
• Use Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T (Transform Again with Duplicate) to check if the transformation works as intended.
• Delete the rasterized layers.
• Use Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T (Transform Again with Duplicate) on the original smart object layer, and it should now work properly.

This video is very confusing and frustrating. There’s too many steps to follow and it literally too me a while to write everything down to keep up. This idiot was talking way too fast. I just hope I can follow my notes to do this on my own. Very disappointed and difficult video to watch.👎🏿

I'm not sure why, but whenever I press Control + Alt + Shift + T, it makes copies. The problem is that the copied text turns out way too big, so large that it ends up covering the entire page.
